Draft Unleashed

Terms

The rules for playing Draft Unleashed, in plain English. In effect from 27 October 2026.

Who we are

Draft Unleashed is run by Coastal Coding Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14771208. Write to us at hello@draftunleashed.com, or about your data at privacy@draftunleashed.com.

These terms cover the game, on the web at play.draftunleashed.com and in the Android app, and your Draft Unleashed account. By making an account or playing, you accept them. Our privacy policy says what we do with your data.

Who can play

Draft Unleashed is for people aged 13 and over. We don't check ages: if you're under 13, please don't make an account.

It's free

Playing is free. The season a league joins is free, and so is the rest of the 2026/27 season for every league. If we charge for a later season, we'll confirm the price well before the league's next draft, and nobody pays anything without choosing to.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. One account is one person. The name on your account is shown to the other members of your leagues: make it yours, not someone else's.

Your league

Each league has a commissioner, who runs it: they choose its settings, can change squads between deadlines, and set the lineup of a team nobody has claimed. What a league agrees among its members is up to them; we don't settle disagreements between members.

When a league moves here from FPL Draft, each member claims their own team. Claim only a team that is yours.

Fair use

Use Draft Unleashed to play, and don't:

  • try to break it, get round its limits, or reach anything that isn't yours;
  • copy its data in bulk, or flood it with automated requests;
  • use it to harass anyone, or give a team or account a name that is abusive, or that names or copies someone else.

We may change a name that breaks these rules, and suspend or delete an account that does, telling you why where we can.

No stakes, no prizes

Draft Unleashed never takes, holds or pays out a stake or a prize. If your league plays for money or anything else, that is between its members, and settled outside Draft Unleashed.

Where the points come from

Players' points come from the Premier League's Fantasy Premier League (FPL). Draft Unleashed is independent and not affiliated with the Premier League or FPL. If FPL's points are late, wrong or unavailable, ours may be too, and they may change when FPL's do.

What we promise, and what we don't

We work hard to keep Draft Unleashed running and its scores right, but it's a free game, offered as it is. We can't promise it will always be available, or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using it, or from not being able to. Nothing in these terms limits what the law doesn't let us limit, such as our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.

How an account ends

You can delete your account at any time, in the Android app's settings, on the game's settings page, or on the web: the privacy policy says how, and what happens to your team. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms. If we ever close Draft Unleashed, we'll tell you first where we can.

Changes

These terms live at this address, draftunleashed.com/terms. When we change them, we change the date at the top, and we'll tell people with an account about any change that matters to them before it takes effect.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also go to your own courts.
